Our training is designed to assist in complying with the OSHA mandate requiring all operators of industrial lift trucks to be trained in the use of their equipment before being allowed to operate it as a part of their job. Safety on the Move also ensures your organization is compliant with OSHA standard 1910.1789(1).
Training is customized to fit the needs of new and seasoned operators.
Training includes:
- Forklift safety
- Operator’s daily inspection checklist
- Safe traveling and load handling procedures
- Operating on ramps and loading docks
- Safe battery handling
- Hands-on operation of lift truck(s)
- Operator evaluation
- Certificate of completion
