Self-Service Help Desk Request

You can submit your request by using the WCC Self-Service Helpdesk System. If you are asked for a username and password, use your netID and password.

  • The Help Desk is now available 24/7.
  • The Help Desk walk-in hours are Monday through Thursday at:
    SC 314 – 8:00am to 8:00pm Fri 8am – 4pm
  • The Help Desk is located in the third floor of the Student Center Building, SC314.
