Manage Difficult Conversations

Share different perspectives and build mutual understanding and respect

This workshop is facilitated by Priscilla Archangel, Ph.D., a renowned strategic consultant and executive coach. She has over 30 years of experience in global human resources.

Most of us avoid difficult conversations because ... well, they’re difficult! Instead, it’s important to re-frame the issue in the context of how addressing it will benefit the organization, and avoid the not-so-hidden cost of inaction. The objective is to provide a safe environment for growth and understanding, and to support team members in becoming aware of their strengths and applying them in the right roles.
